Removing lower unit off a DF60a Suzuki

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me here, I undo the six bolts on the leg to lower unit, it then drops down about 20mm, but wont come anymore, what have I missed here??

theres a shift rod or pin in there somewhere? needs to be disengaged for the lower leg to drop

Do a bolt back up to take up the slack, front of the gearbox if the shift rod, should be a pin and split pin there holding the join together.
Remove this and all good.

Ghe connection you are looking for is immediately under the inlet manifold under the motor inside the engine cowling. You will need fingers with seven joints to reach the spot and you will need a certificate 5 in cursing. No joke, it is a dead set f%^&*ng C%^!!!!
