It's just a type of silicone spray isn't it?......Been using something similar on my work boots in the wet season for a few years.

Had same thought RE drag reduction. Also considered trailer longevity.

I must admit to being slightly sceptical. The Teflon frypan is great at first then degrades to useless.

I would think if this was a long term solution then most products would come pre-coated with it. Your iPhone would be waterproof to most accidental dippings. Your clothes would be permanently stain proof etc.

It would be great if I am wrong though. I would buy it for my boat windscreen and sounder screen etc even if it only lasts 12 months.

Anyone know its longevity and uv, abrasion resistance?

MMM

So if i spray the inside of the toilet bowl i will never have to clean again--it will just slide off and flush away.
You guys are so good at finding great time savers.

I was thinking of the shower walls but I like your thinking Mrs H. :)

This can't be as good as it seems surely??

Mrs H idea.... there must be a thousand other wonderful uses. If its truly good for a long time then ever-clean toilet bowls, windows, showers, car bodies...

Every manufacturer would coat their products.... the fact that they don't makes me think there is a failing somewhere.

Assuming your clothes still get smelly, how do you wash them?
