Help please, identify Suzuki Outboard part??

G'day all,

One of my work mates from PNG has given me a piece of paper with a part he's chasing for his 40hp Outboard, he's calling it a "Power Pack" which he says is the name given to the part on the paper work he has. And he described the part as a little black box on the side of the motor.....
I've just called the local Cairns Suzuki dealer, and he's at a bit of a loss at the moment, so I thought I'd give you knowledgeable buggers a crack at it....

Ok below is how and what is written on the paper he gave me.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated....... this is for a work mate of mine, he comes from Misima Island, and loves his fishing, he fishes from a Banana Boat (PNG Longboat) with this Suzuki 40hp....... and presently his fishing is over till I get him this part..... The pressure is on!;D

Thanks fellas, i couldn't track it down as i didn't have a year model, but the fellas at Aussie Mrine here in Cairns have found it...........
