What year is my outboard and what size motor can I upgrade to

Hey everyone I just got a new boat it's a 19ft nova with a 115hp yammy on the back just wanting know if anyone can tell me what year it is and what the biggest outboard I can upgrade to the number on the motor is 115ceto 6e5 394043 cheers guys

There is a letter stamped on the makers plate below to the right of all those numbers....look hard you will see it

I'm not to sure what year maybe mid 80s , and no idea it's a half cabin previous owner didn't know either would it help if I put a pic up?

All of the yamaha code guides that I googled say that a B means 2003. They say that Q is 1992. A i missing something?

Yea it's a 92 model guys rang yamaha yet confirmed , it just looks a lot newer then 92 , cheers for the help guys

Mine is a 2003 model and has Q stamped on it. That site is not correct.

Malcolm Q- 1982 Q 2003 ????? yamaha started using letters again in 2000 from 1980 onwards, so the site is correct
