Urgent motor help needed

We are at tinaroo dam and my mates mariner 60efi alarm goes of at 3000 rpm.
We have been using it for the past 2 days with no issues. This morning first up the alarm has gone off. Can anyone give us a heads up on what it may be

Heat or oil,alarm
maybe thermostat not opening?

??? It only beeps 3 times at 3000rpm and stop with higher or lower revs. Everything seems ok ?????

It sounds like an oil alarm to me

Continuous single long beep is o/heat and intermittent 3 short beeps is oil level in the bottle.
