Boat Transport to Townsville

I have inherited an older model Quintrex 4m hornet trophy on a trailer and need to transport from the Central Coast in NSW to Townsville in north Queensland. The best quote I have to transport boat to Townsville is $1900. Does anybody know a transport company or other options how to get the boat from the Central coast to Townsville. Appreciate any advise.

Look up the caravan transport blokes - One is based out of central coast, Check with your local caravan blokes that end and see who they use.

Saw these guys advertise the other day- I don't know them. Check if they are flattopping or towing as if they are towing the trailer needs to be in top nick , bearings, tyres and spare etc. You also need to be aware of either tarping it if anything is to be in it so it can't fill with water etc.

Yep Murf to the rescue. He'll rebuild your trailer on the side of the road and do a rewire of the boat just for the fun of it.
