Towing big boats with a truck

Hi guys,

I passed a caravan delivery truck the other day that had one on the tray and one on tow.

I looked closely to see what towbar he had because towing with a truck puts heaps of stress on the a-frame and shakes the sh$t out of the towed trailer everytime the truck goes over a bump.

As I passed him I could see the towbar floating up and down without affecting the caravan, he had one of these airbag towbar connections and it worked a treat.

Thanks Darren! I'm upgrading my 10.4t gvm Hino this year ang was going to fit exactly that. Without it, the boat and trailer would last 10 min on the Bruce hwy.
