92 Kevlacat builder plate ??????????

Hey all, does anyone know where i would find the builders plate/ serial no on a 92 Kevlacat.I have looked everywhere and cant find it. I have sold it but the buyer wants to see the hull serial number on the boat somewhere just not on the rego papers.

can i just get a builders plate, engrave it and attach ?

The buyer is from interstate and requires it for inspection.

mate my 2400 has the hull id number on the transom as well as the builders plate.its just under the gunnel rubber on the port side,might be worth looking to see if yours is there as well

I was going to suggest the same location as rosco... may be best off telling the owner to ring kevlacat themselves to sort it out.

Hey Mate,

I had a 94 5.2, and the plate was located on the wall just in front of the throttles.

Yeh I can see where it is supposed to be, there is four holes about 10cm x 4 cm apart. but no plate ?

Looks like i might have to get a marine surveyor to make one up for it ?
