Can anyone tell about the kevlacat 6.2m tournament series were they any good ??

no better than the other models, except they had more "stuff" as standard, my mate has one, he has had it for years and years, been in it a million times and it's OK, no bad things to report.

Had 3 of them over the years[6.2] plus 2 x7mt coastal cats and a noosacat. Kevlacat on bottom of my list.Coastalcat on top.Noosacat good.

I am looking into these myself ATM mate due to me needing a boat with a softer ride due to my back a mate of mine has a 3000kc sportsfisher and the ride on it is great I have seen a few 6.2's and they look ok aswell for the money but I think I am going to go for the 2100 due to wanting something to sleep in as the 1900 is that bit too small. Not looking forward to the extra cost but looking forward to having a boat I have wanted for a while. Just got to pull my finger out and get mine on the market. Good luck mate.

I like them. They really love that extra metre over the 5.2s. It makes a great boat even better. Miles of cockpit room and they travel that bit smoother. Only a foot shorter than the legendary 2400KCs of which I am yet to go in. There is a guy here on the coast who has one with 2x140 Suzukis and Hilta goes out with him all the time and Hilta has a 2400 and reckons it doesn't give anything away to it. The one I went on had 2x115 Suzukis.
