Stressfree Winch Problem

Just sending a question out to Stressfree owners to see if anyone has had any problems with there winch slipping with there circuit-breaker disengaged (no power), and if so what was the eventual cause.

Fishing 111 my free fall done the same thing but still had power, but would not spin in gear sent it back an thay replaced it no probs to date

Thanks for that Steve. Did they say what the problem was? Also how old was your unit when you had problems?
