red flare shot off near coochie

sitting on my deck here looking over coochie and saw a red parachute flare flying over the sky,,,,, only one house between me and water so looks definatly in bay.... hope there safe..... phoned police and they knew about it already so sitting here watching for more ....

Yep, good for phoning. Sometimes there seems to be an assumption that "someone else" has always phoned, while a boat slowly sinks.
