While doing some trailer maintenance over Xmas I noticed a crack in the weld that joins the support bracket to the base of the winch post.
Clearly it needs to be repaired as I tow the boat reasonable distances each year. Trailer is galvanised and the winch post itself looks quite solid.
My question: Is there a good welder (Ausfish member) somewhere nearby that can do the repair for me? I am at Alexandra Hills in the Redlands and I can easily remove the winch post and transport it to be repaired...
