After a recent service my 100 hour 115yammie 2 stroke saltwater has a much reduced tell tale strength.

The impeller was replaced although it wasn't in bad shape. I am happy with that.

But the strength of the flow in the tell tale is a bit like me peeing now, as a old fogey, when before it was like my 20 year old self.... :)

Also the time between start up and tell tale flow when on muffs is longer.

Is that something I should investigate with the dealers? Or is it normal variation?

Sounds like you may have a thermostat stuck open>>> lower than normal block pressure

There might be some grit caught in it so that it won't close. Undo the three bolts and have a look.

Give the servicing dealer the problem then you will quickly find out if your dealer is a good one,... or not.
