I posted this once before, my local dealer (in NSW) had a 100HP Yamaha (25" shaft) for sale a couple of weeks ago, don't know if theys till have it! but I could find out for you, if the distance thing is OK.

Mate just traded his F115 on the Sunshine Coast. You could give Gav McMullin the outboard mech a ring on 0407878606 but he may have had someone lined up for it.
