Mouth of the Kolan (southern Side)

Hi all,

Am heading back to my old stomping grounds in Bundy for a week or so over Xmas.
Am staying towards Moore Park Beach and was going to run down to the mouth of the kolan in the 4wd. Are there any locals who know whether there are any yabby beds on that side of the mouth.. Or even in Moore park ck or anywhere else close.

Plus any local fishing info appreciated. I havent fished this area for approx 10 years

I was supposed to fish the Kolan yesterday but went to the Elliott instead.A couple of mates have been fishing the Kolan and have been getting good Grunter on 4" and 6" plastics on the run in tide on the sand banks,they launched from the ramp near Miara caravan park.
