hi all,

some of you would of heard me ranting and raving about my new boat being to unstable at rest and adding some flotation along the chines or removing the cab.

well cab was to small and squeezy to do much with so it's gone and I'm quiet happy with the results.;D

I'm posting some pics because it's just great to check out other peoples set ups.

now to save up for the Suzuki. cheers...........

So how would removing the cab make it more stable? I would have thought the more weight the better. Did it improve?

hey lump, the cab was quite well built, a bit to well , and made it top heavy. i was a bit worried about taking the weight from the front of the boat butt still sits and rides good. a bit of weight down low in the hull would be good.

Do you no how much weight is in the canopy? this adds the the swing weight at rest, this should have been calculated by the designer theres a formular for it.
