I had a couple of cracks appear in the surface of fibreglass in an area that is impossible to bump
looks like a shrinkage crack
very weird. the glass is faded and a bit chalky
is the glass about to turn to sh!t?

Are you sure it's not just the gelcoat?

it is the gelcoat surface, not happy

not old enough to be acceptant of deterioration like that

15 years old? I reckon that is well and truly time to accept that "things" may not be new anymore, but then, maybe that's just me.

Where are the cracks mate? Just "normal" gel coat hairline cracks, or has the gel coat separated from the glass underneath?

yeah, separated from underneath
just one spot
it looks like a dig out and repair job (and try to colour match)
