Redcliffe Festival & Boat Races

Had a great day wondering around Redcliffe Parade and the area today.

Gorgeous weather also for the event.

Anybody else get down to the festival for a look?

WOW those speed boats are something. Not too mention the eye candy a hot sunny day in reddy can attract. ::)

Kids had a great day eating junk going on rides and watching the big boats.

Topped off a great day with a few beers and a game or 2 of pool at Mon Komo.

Now to have a few more and get the boat and gear ready to nail a few crabs and fish tomorrow. ;D 8-)

I had lunch with friends at Morgans then walked up and watched those boats come into the harbour, a top day.

Yeah pretty spectacular. I did my Sunday morning 100km road cycle from toombul to scarby along the MBC and it was a great backdrop watching those skiers. Pity about the ignorant car drivers along the waterway but 😡
