on water fuel locations

Can anyone tell me if there is anywhere to get fuel (on water) between Manly Boat Harbour and Jumpinpin?

As I found out with 600l in a moored boat apparently you just pull up after midnight and siphon what you need from a moored boat!!!! Bunch or pricks- can't work out if they stopped at 300l becuase they were full or couldn't get the rest so it wasn't a small boat thief. . We now have locks and anti siphon guards in the filler necks and a surprise for the next punter. :o I always dip my tanks before leaving now.
