Do I need to get permits?

I will be driving down the east coast to Melbourne, then around Tassie and back to Great Ocean Rd to Adelaide. On to the Murray River and then back home to Brisbane.

I know I need a fishing permit for NSW but don't know about Vic, Tas, and SA.
I will just have a light travel rod and minimal gear to wet a line on the beach or estuarys on the way around just for a bit of casual fishing.

Can anyone give me a guide to what fishing permits (if any) are required for the other states.
