Wow that's an amazing sight, is that in some sort of farm or in the actual ocean?

Apparently this vid is is the steel works area of BHP and is off limits to fishing and boating.........but it is not an enclosed environment at all.
Looking at google Earth images I think the location is right at the dead end of the loading docks and yes it is directly open to the sea if correct.

Added google earth file as test.
