Wow... Is that photoshopped? I am such a sucker I never know whether these sort of images are real...

So assuming its real, can I ask what sort of fish it is?

also what is going on there... One bloke at the back is grabbing the tail... But what is holding the head up? (that's what makes me think it might be a photoshopped)

And last question from the dumb newbie in the group..... What's the story with the second photo? It just looks like a boat to me.. What am I missing?

Thanks for any info.

Ah yes thanks Mrs. The front rope goes up to a pulley then down to where the front bloke is.

If they have that already in place it must be they figured to do this sort of thing.....

Maybe they would be better leaving it in the water and towing it back.... Now if that's the size of the lure on the troll.... What size would the fish that takes the lure be? :)

Its not the same boat.

No photoshop, they are the real deal!

The are atlantic bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), and grow over 1000lb.

Here is another picture of the boat and you can see its not the same, and a picture of a proper BIG altantic bluefin.

If you can land them on the dock in good nick (nigh on impossible in that boat) a fish like that is worth $500K not $5k.
Record set this year was over $700k for a 550lb fish.
Get that calculator out again Pinhead.

Wow what a fish.
Not surprised they got so little $$ for it though, considering what level of fish care is req'd to command top dollar.
I found this (http://www.stgeorgesfc.com.au/Events_calendar/Sashimi%20Preparation.pdf) guide interesting reading.
How many of us treat yellowfin or other fish in the same way ?

EDIT: I highly doubt that any of us rec fisherman have a RSW system as mentioned in the guide. LOL
