Hi Guys
Is there such a thing as a stainless steel version of the adjuster on the overrider set ups?
If not ... how the hell do you keep them rust free ?
Steve
Use a bit of waterproof grease. If they seize up you can always adjust them from the caliper end by pulling more cable through the shackle/clamp.

Yep. Solves near all problems I have to admit.
I will ad another important parameter to that simple solution though. Regular.

If you do nothing else give it a squirt of Inox when running past the trailer, keep the bottle/can close to the boat so it doesn't take long to find it.
It's not a part that is normally a problem being up front of the trailer unless you are sinking it that far.
I could make you a SS version but it will cost ya ;)

I have an old Vegemite jar half full of Lanotech with a cut down paintbrush inside. And I just paint it on parts of the trailer regularly. It dries very slightly tacky and seems to penetrate much better than grease.
