Must be a bit light on for news up there. The ramps are ok, but the parking and prep areas are a bit lacking. Hopefully a good outcome will eventuate. Saw a guy land a 35 kg GT from the platform opposite the Shute ramp, last time I was there!

I was at Bundy ramp under the railway bridge a couple of days back, and met a council guy using a pressure scrubber on the ramp, he said they plan to do most in the area. They were using big tides to max advantage for cleaning.

oh well i hope they can work something out for all as i will be up that way in july for a fishing trip....

You should be fine barra71 i was up there with my dads boat we managed to bend the prop at the VMR ramp :( My fault i let dad spin the 8mr plate boat around so he could jump on the back and i caught the rocks on the other side. I would use the port of airlie ramp its new but there is a dirt car park. neither site has a pontoon
