I posted a thread on this site some years back. The 5.9 metre boat was inspected by two Naval architects and they highlighted certain faults with the vessel. Action against the Builder was initiated and in the end the builder rather than have it go to court agreed to an out of court settlement That was chaired by a QC mediator. The boat went back to the builder and in exchange I kept the near new outboard and received a fairly substantial cash settlement. I don't know whether any work was done to the vessel after it left my possession.
I took delivery of this vessel in mid 2006. You can understand my shock when I see this vessel now advertised on Boatpoint as a 2009 model. I understand it has Qld registration on it but I formed a view it was in NSW?
