G'day Guys... Long time website reader, First time Member...

I currently have a Yamaha 30D on the back of the Tinny and we are starting to do some longer trips away. With the iPilot on the front chewing through the 120ah Battery on long days we are looking for an easier way to charge our battery why we are away instead of setting up the Generator and hooking up the Charger for hours after we get back to camp around dark.

Its probably a long shot but are there any Alternator Type attachments that you can buy or has someone throughout of a solution to 'What I think' would be a fairly common problem?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers
Josh

Look into something called a rectifier. I think. :P It attaches to the motor and will charge a battery whilst running.
