Does anyone know we're to buy a retractable deck wash from. Have a mate with one on his Haines but can't find where to buy another one from.

My mate has fitted a fresh water hose at his stern where the pump is in the stern under transom area and the hose goes up to a plastic cover plate. The plate has a recess that the trigger fitting sits in and a door to close it out of sight.

The hose isn't 'retractable' but when your finished you just feed it back, it wants to go because of gravity, and the hose just piles up put of sight and out of the way in the stern cavity. Close the 'door' on the fitting and it's gone.

Doesn't sound like what your after but I thought it might give you ideas.

For $5.88 you could make several out of this http://www.bunnings.com.au/products_product_fitted-garden-hose_5303.aspx?search=hose&page=2 and just poke it in your side pocket when not in use. Be long enough to wash the trailer down at the ramp too.::)
