took my new(2nd hand) ski out

took my freshly rigged for fishing fxho out today, i made myself up a esky/fuel/rod holder and installed a gps/fish finder, fishing was slow got bitten off twice at the tiwi pearl and missed hits at peel in between dodging the showers and the holder held up well only two joints popped out,
the ski was surprisingly stable to fish off in the crappy weather we had today,
gave it a squirt at WOT hit 52.8 knots across the 1ft chop ;D
look forward to meeting up with some other jet ski fisho's

Mate good to have another ski fisherman. I go out as much as I can on my ski and there are another 2 blokes up here doing the same. Where do u leave from and what area u fish?

i live on the south side, so i leave from raby bay if i'm heading to peel or out of the brisbane river if i'm heading to mud island,
i only had a 4.2 meter tinnie so i have never fished the northern part of the bay or over at Moreton

i have fixed it - glued the joints again and put a screw into the main joints, but not taken it out again to busy this weekend :(
