Ive got a 14ft pongrass fibreglass boat.

Running a bit short on room and was considering moving the fuel tank (23L) from the rear to the front and fitting a deck filler as will be a little tricky to access.

i know I have to use the correct spec fuel hose but is there anything else to consider ?

Just if you are travelling in rough water often a front mounted tank may cause problems and not the ideal location for a few reasons, but if you are just usually in calm water and the boat is already well balanced it should be OK. Yeah use quality hoses, fittings, double clamp everything is always good and a good size breather, 13mm min, plumbed up to a skin fitting on the side of the hull as high above the water line as possible.
