Bought One!!

Just wanted to post up a thanks to all those who have shared their advice and knowledge when it comes to buying a boat.

After 3 months of waiting for the right one I have finally taken the plunge for a 4.1 Dory with a Yam 40hp 2 stroke 3cyl, lec start, trim and tilt, boat has many extras and is well worth the 5K I paid for it.

Without the advice I would have certainly bought something smaller for more so thanks again and see you all out there soon!;D;D

They are a great boat and will get you into mant fishy spots a smaller tinny would be unsafe in

My first rig was a 4.2m Dory with a Yammie 30 CV

Great tinnie, done many hours fishing and camping around the PIN with it.

With a 40hp should go like the clappers ! ;D

Good stuff I started out in a 4.2 with a 25h/p and there is only one way to go from here. Enjoy your new rig sounds like its time to go and spill some blood and scales on it.
