Cairns Stainless Fabricators

Hi All,

I am looking for a good stainless fabricator in Cairns. A quick search showed up Ocean Blue boats, are there any others that come highly recommended? Or any to avoid?

Tropical reef shipyard do some good stuff. They arnt very freindly though so you will have to look past that

Director at work had some good work done recently (here in Cairns) - new bait board which had to be sufficient quality to match US TTop (and it was a good bit of gear). Will ask who he used and let you know .

Go see nev at nb prop works. He just made us a full alloy canopy for out boat with a Targa etc. Excellent workmanship. I'm pretty sure he does stainless work. Highly recommend

Hi Scott, try Arcon welding they do the stainless work for Hooker,

Will get the contact detils tomorrow.

Sorry Scott - not much help in terms of local - Director ended up sourcing it as a custom job through a mob down south - gave them the dimensions he needed and they built it and shipped it up. (was moreton marine stainless) (was a good bit of kit though)
