Re doing floor

Going to be ripping up carpet & applying flo coat to floor of boat.Have read few articles on here about that.
Question I have,the lids that i have for under floor storage & tank the floor has a large radius for the carpet to bend over.
I want to add some type of filler to square up then rout a small radius in floor.
Hope this makes sense.

What sort of lids are they ovakil ,are they made of ply.

Lids are ply,will be making new ones as I have some marine ply.
I was thinking about fixing a length of ply,then filling gap with a filler.After that I was going to put a small radius around ply then flowcoat floor.

Hi there Steve the best thing will be epoxy and you could use some wood sanding from a belt sander [ wood flour ] as a filler, or some cotten flox,if you want some filler pm me with a contact number im at ningi.
