Please tell me as I would not eat there..dreads in the kitchen..f***** disgusting..must be a breach of health standards.

He's the exec chef at Lurleen's - Sirromet. Anyone wants to walk away from a dish Mirosch has done, give me a call - I'm all over it. He's the real thing when it comes to cooking.

I am with you when it comes to food hygiene... a head chef "should" know that... ? Not doubting that his food tastes good and he has the experience but if I saw him cooking my meal I would be less inclined to rave about it as opposed to someone who takes their appearance a little more seriously.. but that is just me :)
