Rear casting deck motor well?? Where to buy

Hey everyone looking at making a new rear deck and thinking about putting something where the motor goes, I've seen a few boat with the wells that have doors either side . I've looked on the net everywhere but don't know what there called or why to look
If anyone has brought one or knows where to get them from be heaps of help
