Macks up north

Hi guys,
Just got this picture from my mate Ash from Seafever Sportfishing Whitsundays. These beauties came from the outer reef on the troll. Its a bit late for them to be in numbers that far up isn't it?

Mate you get mackies all year round, just not so consistent ATM

Cool. I've only ever got them up there around winter/spring. But I haven't really fished north of 1770 in real summer, come to think of it :)
