1770 Bait Grounds

Hi,I dont normally ask for marks however I have 2 marks for the bait grounds straight out from 1770 headlands but have noticed over the last few years they have all but disappeared from there. Does anyone have some marks for bait up there as I am heading up again in may.

Hi Klink, The bait schools move around alot up there at times. Try sounding around for a while. Sometimes they can be a fair distance away from the main bait marks.

Our last few trips up there the bait grounds have been very baren we did manage a few xos slimeys just inside the reef but. They were only very small schools and did not hang around too long. Another bloke I was talking to at the start of December said the bait was closer in to the headlands.

Yes, the bait schools do move about a bit, but you'll find them.
