going to wivenhoe next week for an overnight camp with kids fingers crossed we land some redclaw!:) will report how we go.cheers shubeej

great time up at the dam only managed 5 redclaw from twelve pots,bit sad but kids enjoyed the adventure.Had a mixed bait selection 1 caught on potato & 4 caught in 1 pot with rockmelon.Cooked them up for the kids to taste this morning before we packed up all enjoyed.

Hey mate, talking to the manager at Bargara campground last week - said he was the manager at Kirkleigh for years, said best bait was zucchini, worth a try I reckon
