Is whyte island pontoon finished

Just wondering if whyte island pontoon is finish.
Thinking of going tomorrow.

Drove in there earlier this week- works still in progress- no pontoon seen at that stage- from recollection there was a sign saying only one side is closed.

There yesterday, still in progress sinking concrete blocks out to pylons, as mentioned half the ramp is still open.
