Been a long time between reports but thought id throw up a pic from our last trip to musgrave on the weekend. Ended up with a few reds and quite a few red throat emperor and some other assorted reefies. Weather conditions were quite difficult coming from the NE but we managed a good trip in the end with some good reds ranging from 8-10kg taken inside the reef!
There is some good video of the red captures which we will put up as soon as it is edited.

Great photo and thanks for the quick report.
Did you get any Spanish or trout ??
I have to ask whats the go with the rod with no runners, The only ones I have seen are used for bait rods ??

rod is a daiwa interline stick
no spanish or trout as we were only chasing reds.
