lamoore Yacht sales??

Anyone here heard of Lamoore yacht sales? Im buying a boat from them and want to make sure there legit as ive only spoken over the phone. They are located in palm Beach. Cheers.

they used to be at the Sydney Boat Show every year untill a few years ago, they used to make all sorts of dinghys including a mini cat type (about 2.4M) other than that, don't know too much about them

They have been a reasonably big broker at Palm Beach since the late eighties, and always seemed to have plenty of yachts in their listings (big adds in trade-a-boat). I've not heard of anything dodgey.

my dad bought a 250k yacht from them no problems that was 10 years ago though

Its a 1983 model Noelm well its the later one with the 5 piece screen with 90 mariners XL's all original. 400 hrs on whole rig an old fella has owned it for 25 yrs and looked after it really well. The motors will be coming off and electrics, bimini will quickly find there way on. Getting it trucked up from sydney in a few wks. I'll put some pics up. My fishing buddy and i went halves and we will leave it up at 1770 eventually for some quality trips cant wait!

good buying I reckon, very tidy and original which is hard to come by at a lot more money, I see it is the model with the bunks which could be a bonus for 1770 over nighters, the old tower of power 90's will be worth a few dollars I think, so you will recoup some there, any idea what sort of motors you will get?
