As above, if it gets a bit too rough then you get to shoot up inside Bribie instead.

Just be careful of the Marine Park "Go Slow" areas at Tangalooma, the are heavily policed.

If its a northerly I would go south so you can scoot south of mud island. Food for thought anyways.

Or for the absolute quickest, you can use one of the ramps on the beach. There are a few of them along Redcliffe foreshore. But would not be much fun retrieving if the wind/sea gets up.

Just take care Nathan...I have a vague memory of someone going 'missing' in calm conditions on a jetski run from Tangalooma to Brisbane a few (10?) years ago...

Not sure if he was ever found or if it was some sort of insurance scam...the details escape me now.

Cheers

take plenty of fuel
there is no fuel at Moreton any more, and should take you in one way around 30 to 40 min in good condition
if gets ruff and choppy it gets bit hairy on jet-sky
good luck .

If you guys decide to leave from Scarb. make sure you log in/out with Redcliffe Coast Guard Or
going out of Bribie Log In/out with VMR Bribie If you guys do not have radios give them a phone call or call in to their base. Hope you all have a Safe trip. Cobia Kev
