Managed a day off on friday 16/9, turned out to be one of those fishing days when everything falls into place. weather, scenery, swell, just one of those days, and the fish didnt mind playing as well.

Off the front of Straddie, we got a few good fish, 4 on board we got our bag of fish over 70 and one 68, had enough so we packed up for the day.

Great work, how far out were you off straddie. We were just around boat rock but didn't do anywhere as well as you guys. How good was the super hornets flying over the top :)

Well done Honda and thanks for the heads up yesterday mate. Our day was looking pretty sad until that text message and it changed on the first drop after your suggestion ;). But geez I lost some good fish down there mate :'(. You may have heard some of the swearing from your place:)

Repete1, We were fishing in approximately 50-60mtrs, didnt see any hornets, but we headed home around 12:00.

Jase we dropped a few good fish ourselves, I was wondering were all that racket was coming from..

It was some good fun, one of the blokes on board got a PB fish well into the seventys, biggest fish in the picture was around 82 and 6.4kg fell to Adam_G on a nuclear chicken.
