Boat manufacturer apparently on hold – Sea Devil

I have been told from a very reliable source (however still 2nd hand information) that for the time being Sea Devil are not taking new orders for boats and holding operation. They are not going out of business (main company is a marine/waterski etc supplier) just that they are not continuing to make boats for the time being. At this stage they are not selling the molds. I believe they are finishing/finished off their last orders. Apparently is due to the slow market and how much time/$ need to be put into building these boats (hard to pass on costs to consumer). They are/were built like tanks in last few years.

If anyone can shed more light on this (ie first hand info) it would be much appreciated.

Sorry to see another great aussie boat manufacturer doing it tough.
