Fishing Whitsundays from Yacht

I am curious to know what restrictions on tackle and fishing are in place in and around the Whitsundays in december. I have had a look at a few web sites but it is hard to nail the info I am looking for, has any one got a link for a user friendly site?

Hi Glenn,

The biggest issue for you will be the green and yellow zones. (Green zones no fishing and yellow zones one line per person). Am sure there will be charts on the boat with this information. But in the meantime have a look here:

you can get the map for the whitsundays through the menus at the left of the page - MPZ10 is the one you will need.
