it was just small project on windy week .
I will re do all next year because the cover is in bad shape

Mate I like it !!!

The decals on my opti are all pealing off and could do with a spruce up like that !!
One of the few faults with Mercury, the decals are crap and don't last and are as expensive as poison to replace with the the genuine crap stuff again.....

How much for a full set for a 115 opti ?????

at least the optis are still going long enough for the stickers to wear out,where as the ebombs tend to punch the stickers off with the con rod;D

The only thing quick about an etec is ability to hoe through injectors and ECU's

If I had an ETEC I'd get stickers made to reflect that thought.
How cool would that be?? A piston or 3 coming out the broken cowl :)

Initially I was laughing at the great pics of your Opti but I am crying at my split sides from the later comments.

My stickers curled too but now I have a Verado with the embossed name thingys. Good change up but I still don't have a bad word for the Opti.

Got in touch with with Paul from SouthernXGraphics, all arranged for a full set of cowl decals for my 115 Optimax, can now get rid of the original crap set that came with the motor.
Mercury should be taken out and flogged for ruining a good product with cheap crap decals !!!
