if anyone has any contacts or has previously stayed at a decent house @orchid and recommends it i`d be keen to hear from you with some details , we will be spending 3 days - week up there later in the year.

My family has a house for rent at Orchid. Did you have any dates in mind? How many people in total? It sleeps 16 or if it is only a small group then you can just have upstairs which is cheaper. If it happens to be booked out when you were looking at going I can organise something else. If you are interested i can PM you some prices.
