Every now and then, you will see blue versions of that sort of thing at the Reverse Garbage shop in Burke Street at the 'Gabba.

I bought one a few weeks ago for $15 there. Have not seen any there for a while, though.

If your on the south side there's a pool chemical place in Josephine St Loganholme.
They sell them and they're cheap as chips too. For the 60l with screw on cap and sealing cap it was about $6
We used to get them for horse and breambo feed
Pool Pro is their name and they have more then just that size

All they've had in them in granular chlorine so a soak in water and jobs done.
