Squidly and a Fish

Went for a run this moringin before the rain sets in with the all inspiring 25 to 30 knotters forecasted for here from morro onwards. The southerly was up but punched thru it to one of our spots. No squid here after couple hours so out went the xraps and within 10 mins we had a nice spottie in the esky but no more about after the one.
So couple more spots did we go but no squid and then we found some and had a ball on the light gear.

wish you would stop stirring up my missus with pics like that, I then get the why can't you catch squid like that blah blah blah :P

just happened to have a couple of squid jigs in my hand at the tackle shop when the pic came through, the last trip out the squid were annoying me no end chomping on my snapper baits, went to the tackle box and no jig :( and i just couldn't get them to the net

jt you will have to point me in that direction mate now you got my missus wanting calamari. question for you does the weathwer get better or worse come summer. this weather at the moment is bosses weather cause it is shit on the weekend and flat during the week.
