Pity it's so damn far Mate!

Have you considered salting them down and storing them in the fridge and not the freezer.

Last for yonks, I'll give u the recipe if u r interested!

Now Chimo is going to have to keep us updated on all the snapper he catches with them. I should have grabbed them to keep the tradition going :)
