MACS engine flush treatment....anybody use it?

Interested to know if any salt water boaters use the Macs engine flush treatment, and how they feel about it?

Is there any real evidence this product actually works as a corrosion inhibitor?

i've started to use it on a new engine, but was wondering whether it's worth continuing with considering my outfit is backed deep into a freshwater river and run up to temp. after each seawater use.
